Alli-A New Diet Pill

Earlier in  2007 the first FDA approved weight loss product Alli was released to the public to buy over the counter.   Its arrival was met with mixed reviews.  Some people felt that there should not be any more diet pills out on the market, while others felt it was just the miracle they were looking for.    Regardless of the mixed reviews it flew off the shelves.  Never before had there been a pill that really prevented your body from absorbing some of the fat you eat.   Sure there have been pills that claimed they could do that like Fat Stackers, but none of them performed like Alli did.
Another good thing about Alli is that unlike all the other diet pills out there, Alli does not claim to work for everyone.    Alli states that if you do not follow a low fat diet plan, it will not work.  It is not one of those pills that promises you can eat what you want and still lose a ton of weight.   If there really was a pill like that everyone would use it.  The fact of the matter is, you need to follow some sort of low fat diet.     If you have no idea on where to start with a low fat diet,  when you purchase Alli you will receive a special code to go on their website and sign up for your membership to MyAlli.   Through MyAlli, you will get a personalized  low fat eating plan based on questions you answered.

Also,  Alli  does not have the same side effects as other pills.  There is no racing  of the heart rate  and none of the  jittery nerves you might get with other over the counter diet pills.  This is because Alli works with your digestive system and  you avoid all those side effects.  That is not to say that Alli comes without side effects, because it does.  The whole purpose of is to help get rid of fat from your body,  and the way this fat leaves your body is not pleasant.   If you eat more fat than  the plan calls for,  you will have even more of these unpleasant side effects such as oily stools,  gas with oily spotting and a problem controlling your stools.   Believe it or not though, it is these nasty side effects that have been motivating Alli users to stay focused with their diets and not cheat.
The important thing to keep in mind is that Alli does not want to promote itself as a diet pill but rather as a weight loss aid.   Its message is simple:  Do the work to lose the weight and Alli will help you along the way.
